"A gentle yoga class to stretch and tone the body from the inside out. You will learn how to exercise safely with your baby in a fun way. We use the breath to help relax mum and baby. Babies are entertained with songs and soothed with special yoga sounds".
 

You are welcome to breastfeed or bottle feed your baby during the class and don't worry about your baby crying - it's amazing how babies can become calm with yoga. Suitable from around 6 weeks (or whenever you feel ready after the birth) up to crawling babies.

Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga will help to:

  • Nurture you with healing breaths;
  • Learn techniques to stay calm and relaxed so that you can cope better with your baby;
  • Restore vitality to help relieve tiredness and 'lift your spirits' to promote a positive state of mind during this challenging time;
  • Strengthen pelvic and abdominal muscles with gentle, safe exercises;
  • Teach you how to exercise with your baby;
  • Take time-out to connect with your baby and increase your special bond;
  • Create a community of new mums to support one another.

Payable as a 6 week course - £300 and includes some photos of yourself doing the poses!

  • Provide 6 x 1.5 hour sessions in the privacy of your home
  • Learn how to stretch and strengthen your body safely during pregnancy with adapted classical yoga postures with breath awareness
  • Learn the art of self-hypnosis and Hypnotherapy techniques for birth that will help to relax you through the birthing process and help to alleviate any fears and anxieties you may have
  • Learn relaxation & breathing techniques for a more effective, natural birth
 

 

 

 

 

All pregnancies are unique and women deserve special care and attention during this time. Chelsea is a fully qualifed Clinical Hypntherapist with a special interest in Hypnosis for Birth. Chelsea has undergone specialist trainings to teach Pregnancy Yoga.

 Chelsea can also be booked for a Pregnancy Yoga Class at your centre.
